Cranberry Sunset Farm supplied hundreds of pounds of fresh cranberries. With expert assistance from The Local Juice the cranberries were reduced to juice. The fresh cranberry juice was infused into our award-winning German-style altbier\, Harvest Ale. Harvest Ale has a rich German malt aroma and is similar to an Oktoberfest. This specialty beer was brewed using a blend of 6 malts including German Munich\, Vienna\, Cara Pils and just enough noble hop character to balance the malts. The cranberries provide a tart zing at the front of the beer which is quickly balanced by the sweetness of the malts for a smooth finish.
