DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, July 16\, from 6-8pm. Figure Night at the Guyer Barn features a clothed or nude model for artists to draw or paint. The regular practice of drawing and painting the figure is the best way for an artist to improve their skills of observation. The human figure is challenging but the practice of life drawing and painting provides a clear path for further learning and knowledge\, as the desire to express what we see in the human form better inspires us to keep going.
