We require all of our mobile trucks to have a self-closing window or screen. Please discuss with a health inspector at 508-862-4644 if you have any questions.\n\nThe Town doesn't allow push carts of any kind.\n\nIn the Town\, you are not allowed to be on the beach property without a contract from the Town. You need to contact HYCC to find out how to apply for a contract. The contracts are valid for three years.\n\nThis application should be submitted to permit any mobile food establishment in the Town of Barnstable. Mobile Food Trucks include annual and seasonal permits. This would be used for mobile food\, mobile ice cream\, frozen meat and fresh/frozen seafood trucks.
