IntelyCare\, a nurse staffing app\, is excited to present the Nurses Namaste Cape Cod\, part of an event series committed to helping nurses embrace self-care. This 45 minute class\, led by owner and instructor of Evoke Yoga & Cycle Jess Riley-Norton\, is appropriate for all-levels. Jess will walk you through a challenging but approachable flow of yoga movements\, and will close with a relaxing stretch. After class\, attendees are encouraged to stick around and mingle and enjoy the light\, tasty bites provided by the talented Alexandra Johnson\, owner of the local intimate catering business\, GingerThyme.
