Retain Your Brain
Please join us on Monday, September 15th at 4pm for a 'Retain Your Brain' Seminar and learn how to have control over your cognitive health. Our guest speaker from Neurologists of Cape Cod, Sean P. Horrigan, DO, will cover the following topics; your age vs. your brain's age, the importance of brain health and how to age-proof your brain. The costs of an unhealthy brain can be significant. Financial Advisor, Heather Lynch, will discuss Medicare/Medicaid, long term care and memory care expenses.
