Thursday Night Wheel with Amy

6 Thursdays, Sep 18-Oct 23, 530-8pm. Member $285, Not-Yet-Member $314 Learn how to throw vessels in this relaxed, fun 6-part class with ceramic artist Amy Bourbon. This class will focus on introducing students to throwing on the wheel. Students will learn each step of making a vessel, from preparing the clay to the final glaze firing. Explore the process of creating basic forms such as cylinders, bowls, and other vessels. Small class size allows for individualized instruction. Nine additional Open Studio hours are included in the course so students can practice outside of class. Bring an apron and an old dish towel/cotton rag. All materials and firings are included.
