Calling all MEN and ALL SUPPORTIVE MEMBERS OF THE CAPE COD COMMUNITY to join with the Yarmouth Police Department, Independence House, Inc., Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office, and Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office in a series of White Ribbon Day events throughout March 2024.
All three events are FREE and will contain a short video, meaningful dialogue, guest speakers, and taking the Massachusetts White Ribbon Day pledge to be part of the solution in ending violence against women and all gender-based violence.
Join for 1, 2 or all 3 of these events:
- TUESDAY, MARCH 5, 2024 (12:30-1:30pm): Cape Cod Community College, Wilkens Library Media Room, 2240 Iyannough Rd. West Barnstable. Hosted by Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office, with opening remarks by District Attorney, Rob Galibois.
- WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13, 2024 (6:00-7:00pm): Orleans Police Department, 99 Eldredge Park Way, Orleans, hosted by Yarmouth Police Department, with opening remarks by Yarmouth Chief of Police Kevin Lennon
- THURSDAY, MARCH 28, 2024 (6:00-7:00pm): Falmouth Library, 300 Main Street, Falmouth. Hosted by Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office with opening remarks by Sheriff Donna Buckley.
