Difficult Discussions Series “Sooner or Later…” with Continuum Hospice

Sooner or later . . . . . . you may need to be the person who helps/supports someone at the end of their life. When a friend or family member approaches their end of life, many people feel uncomfortable in this situation. Why? Because end of life has very unique and difficult questions that are sometimes hard to answer. When will the death happen? Why are they acting like this? What if I say something wrong? What do I say if I get asked a tough question? What if I don’t know what to say? This is a 1-hour presentation to help you overcome awkwardness and feel confident in caring for someone. It is designed for: People who are, or will be, the support person for a family member or friend. People who want to go beyond and support someone they don’t even know yet.
