Look Back at the Cape Cod Canal’s Bridges So much of the focus today is on the future of the bridges that span the Cape Cod Canal. After all, these structures provide a vital link in this community and region. Today’s program, however, will have us looking back in time. What spanned the waterway before? How did our bridges come to be? And what was their impact? With the aid of historic images and film, we’ll explore these stories. Presented by US Army Corps of Engineers Park Ranger Samantha Gray. This event will take place on Saturday November 16th at 1pm in the Main Meeting Room at the Osterville Village Library.
