Unlike watercolor, gouache is a thicker water-based paint that offers bold opacity, layering, and easy corrections - the perfect medium for capturing light and atmosphere outdoors. Each week will develop your fundamentals through painting sky and cloud studies to color mixing, texture, and foliage. No experience necessary, with individual guidance for every student. EXTRAS: All materials are provided, but students are welcome to bring their own supplies if they have them. DON'T FORGET: Dress to make art. This class is in the Journey Studio upstairs in the Education Wing.
