Presented by EforAll Cape Cod and Cape Cod Young Professionals Each of the six sessions introduces a new strategy to shape the future of your business or idea. At the end of the series you will: have a short and powerful written description of your business or idea; know how to define your target market and channels to reach it; understand realistic avenues for growth in 3-5 years; learn what questions to ask when conducting initial research on your market, competitors, and opportunity for growth; continue your business development with no/low cost skills training available through Cape Cod based resources. Each session can stand alone but, as an added incentive, anyone who completes all six sessions will automatically advance to the semi-finalist rounds of the next EforAll Business Accelerator and one year free membership to Cape Cod Young Professionals.
