Mon-Thu, Jul 14-17, 9-1130am. This 4-morning class with artist Mary Shea invites kids aged 8-12 to imagine and create their own hand-built clay scary monters! Working with a super-talented teacher who knows everything about clay, students will design, build, refine, and finally glaze their monster masterpieces, while learning about ceramic forms, clay studio practices, and how to make cool stuff with their hands! All materials and firings included. Pieces will be fired and ready to be picked up the following week. Dress to get messy and tie long hair back. $180 Member, $200 Not-Yet-Member.
