Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the 2026 Greater Hyannis Chamber of Commerce Father’s Day Car Show!

Vendor spaces are extremely limited, and we encourage early registration to secure your spot.

This premier event features 350+ show cars displayed along historic Main Street and attracts up to 50,000 visitors in favorable weather—making it one of the largest single-day events on Cape Cod.

Vendor Space Details

• Fee: $500 per space

• Space Size: 10’ x 10’ sidewalk location on Main Street, Hyannis

• Vendor spaces will be pre-assigned and located along Main Street in Hyannis. You will receive your assigned location one week prior to the event.

• Vendors must provide their own:

  • Tent

  • Tables & chairs

  • Display materials

🚫 No generators or electrical connections are permitted

Guidelines & Rules

Permitted Sales

• Vendors may sell approved goods and services only.

Prohibited Items

• No food or beverages may be sold unless you are a pre-existing brick-and-mortar business located on Main Street, Hyannis

Event Day Logistics

• Set-Up Time:
  All vendors must be fully set up by 6:30 AM on Sunday, June 21, 2026

  • Road closures begin at 6:00 AM sharp

  • Once vehicles are placed on Main Street, no further vendor access will be permitted

• Breakdown Time:

  • Begins promptly at 1:45 PM

  • All vendors must vacate Main Street by 2:00 PM as roads reopen to traffic

Important Policies

• All vendor registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE

• This event is rain or shine

• There is no rain date

Vendor Responsibility & Compliance

By registering, vendors agree to:

• Provide all required business information to the Greater Hyannis Chamber of Commerce by June 10, 2026, including:

  • Business name

  • Address

  • Contact information (Cell phone number)

  • Day-of-event contact person

• Obtain all necessary permits required by the Town of Barnstable

• Comply with all local, state, and event regulations

Hold Harmless Agreement

By submitting this registration, the vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Greater Hyannis Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Barnstable, along with their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or resulting from participation in the event.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal injury

• Property damage

• Loss of goods

• Any incidents related to vendor operations during the event

Participation in the event is at the vendor’s own risk.

Acknowledgment

By submitting this registration, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all rules, regulations, and policies outlined above.
