About Us
ATA Cleaning Services is a family-owned commercial cleaning company serving Cape Cod since 1992. Owner Lucila Viana manages operations personally, so when you call, you reach the family that owns the company — not a call center.
We provide nightly and scheduled janitorial services, medical and dental office cleaning, floor care (strip, wax, buff, and carpet), day porter service, post-construction cleaning, and HVAC duct cleaning. Our clients include medical facilities, schools, banks, professional offices, industrial sites, and multi-tenant buildings across the Cape.
We are fully insured and carry workers' compensation coverage; a certificate is available on request. Our team is bilingual (English and Portuguese). We would be glad to walk your building and show you what we can do — no obligation.
