About Us
For over 30 years, Champ Homes has provided Transitional Housing to adults on Cape Cod who are experiencing homelessness, at our safe, sober, therapeutic campus in Hyannis. Serving up to 50 individuals at a time, Champ Homes has a proven track record, affecting positive change in over 3000 people over the years.
