Independence House, Inc. is Cape Cod’s leading resource, counseling and advocacy center to address and prevent domestic and sexual violence. In partnership with businesses, organizations, youth and adults from the Cape Cod community, we strive for a future without violence and abuse and promote safe and healthy relationships. Independence House provides free and confidential services to residents of all 15 towns on Cape Cod with offices in Hyannis, Orleans, Falmouth and Provincetown
