This is your last call to register for the Greater Hyannis Chamber of Commerce’s 44th Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony. Join fellow Chamber members, business leaders and friends at the beautiful Hyannisport Club for an evening of networking, great food, live entertainment and recognition of the people and businesses making a difference in our community.

This year, we’re bringing a little country to the coast with a country Western celebration and a musical tribute to Dolly Parton!

🤠 Cowboy Hats & Boots Welcome!

Get into the spirit of “A Little Bit Country, A Little Bit Coastal!” Our staff will be wearing cowboy hats and/or boots, and guests are encouraged to do the same.

Add your favorite cowboy hat, a pair of boots or a little Dolly-inspired sparkle to your evening attire. Dressing for the theme is encouraged, but optional.

Cowboy hats and boots are welcome for this special themed evening. Please observe the Hyannisport Club’s other dress guidelines.

🎶 Live Entertainment by Sara Sneed & Her Band

Enjoy Sara Sneed and her band, featuring “An Afternoon with Dolly Parton.”

Sara has performed a tribute concert dedicated to Dolly Parton’s music and legacy, and she and her band will bring that country spirit to our annual celebration. Join us for an evening celebrating unforgettable music, community connections and the accomplishments of our honorees.

🍽️ A Country Menu to Match the Celebration

Enjoy a hearty menu filled with Southern favorites:

Cocktail Hour Appetizers
Pigs in a blanket, shrimp and grits cups, and fried pickle cones.

Buffet Dinner
Barbecue chicken, ribs and steak tips, accompanied by cornbread, macaroni and cheese, and coleslaw.

Dessert
Peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream.

A cash bar will be available. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or special meal requirements when registering so arrangements can be made in advance.
