Just in time for Super Bowl fans to "get chilly before diving into chili," the MSPCA-Cape Cod will hold its fifth annual Super Bowl Sunday Polar Bear Plunge on Sunday, Feb. 3 at Craigville Beach in Centerville, MA! Registration opens at 11:15 AM and we plunge at noon. The invigorating ocean plunge is a fundraising initiative to support the daily operations at the MSPCA Cape Cod. Participants of the Plunge will have a chance to win cash prizes, gift cards, a signed Bruins hockey puck, and an autographed photo of New England Patriot Don’a Hightower! Who doesn’t want to brave the cold for that?
Not up for a swim? Then join the cheering section, raise funds as a "cheerleader," and support our brave polar bears! Any donation over $50 earns a Super bowl Sunday Polar Bear Plunge shirt!
The "after thaw" party will be at the 19th Hole in Hyannis with complimentary chowder and comfort food. Cash bar (and please note that the 19th Hole only accepts cash).
We have a new location for our post plunge "after thaw" party. Please join us at the 19th Hole on 11 Barnstable Road in Hyannis.
